1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, content, or products offered by Calyx Core (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Calyx Core provides branding, web development, ecommerce optimization, video marketing, digital advertising, and business consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are to be made according to the pricing and billing arrangements specified in your service agreement or invoice. Delayed payments may incur interest or result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, strategies, videos, and content created by Puzzles Studios remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines

• Not engage in unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property

6. Confidentiality

We commit to protecting any confidential information shared during our collaboration. Both parties agree not to disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Calyx Core is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement for breach of terms, unethical conduct, or non-payment. Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.

9. Revisions & Scope

Any additional requests beyond the original scope will be quoted and billed separately. We allow a fixed number of revisions per service category unless otherwise agreed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved under Hyderabad jurisdiction.

11. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
