By accessing or using the Calyx Core website (the "site") or by engaging Calyx Core ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

Calyx Core provides digital services including performance marketing, e-commerce and website development, video marketing, digital marketing, social media management, and brand identity. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal agreed between you and us. Where a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal governs for that engagement.

3. Advertising & platform results

Performance-marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, auction dynamics, and market conditions. We apply professional expertise and best practice, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, return on ad spend, or revenue. Figures shown on this site are illustrative of past work, not a promise of future results.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing tools and frameworks, third-party licensed assets, and working files. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calyx Core is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
